Helping you to get the most out of your software

Software products can, by their nature, be complex to use.  Although we try to make our products as easy to use as possible, with comprehensive user guides, the chances are that from time to time you'll need more expert assistance.  To help you with this, we offer Maintenance Agreements with all of our main products.  (See Support Options.) These are included in the product price for the first year, and then renewed annually.

Customers with Maintenance Agreements can make a technical or modelling enquiry at any time by contacting us by phone, e-mail, fax, or by using the online form.

All users can look in the Knowledge Base to see if their query is a common one that has already been answered. We also have a number of "How to" guides available on our YouTube Channel for users of TRANSYT, ARCADY and PICADY which provide a great overview on many aspects of our Traffic and Transportation Software. 

The Downloads section contains our patch system for easy-access to the latest releases/patches of our products, which is available only to current maintenance holders.
