Your form will be logged by our sales and support department and then forwarded to either a member of our development team or an appropriate consultant.
If you have a Maintenance Agreement, then we will reply to your technical enquiry or bug report directly, and if necessary, send you replacement files, detailed explanations or other relevant information. If you do not have a Maintenance Agreement, we will reply where appropriate but cannot guarantee a response. We check whether you have a Maintenance Agreement from your organisation name and location. If possible, please also supply your Customer ID.
