I have the same problem of constantly changing registration code with all TRL software protected using the ERIS copy-protection system. This includes TRANSYT, ARCADY, PICADY and OSCADY PRO. I am using Windows 7. How can I fix it?
Please ensure that you have not installed any of the applications as Virtual Applications under Windows 7. This method creates a temporary copy of the registry which causes ERIS to lose any registration data.
To avoid this, please ensure that you use the Windows right-click “run as administrator” option when launching the program for the first time and while registering the software. This will stop the application from being mysteriously unregistered. N.B. you MUST do this irrespective of whether or not you are logged in as an administrator at the time you are registering the software.
